"Run! Don't trust them with your health! Doctors are never the same. The PA didn't seem to understand even basic biology class level of science; she questioned why my Mom was on heart medication when my Mom has a cardiologist for that! If the PA doesn't understand, she should confer with the cardiologist. We should not have to explain why a Dr prescribed certain Rx. Ridiculous! Then the Dr forgot to do an EKG and wanted me to haul a wheelchair senior back for another appointment hours later while we still had to stay there another hour because they gave us only one bowl for her to pee in knowing a girl may need 2 (pee travels basic 101). But they refused to give up their lunch time for a 5 minutes procedure that THEY forgot to do! I shouldn't be punished for CenterWell's inadequacy! They can clearly see I am struggling to be a caregiver while working AND raising kids. CenterWell has absolutely no regard for exhausted overwhelmed caregivers whatsoever. The 2nd visit was worse. Now no antibiotics, now an inhaler. Then a phone call a day later for a hospice talk. WHAT?!?! How can these "doctors" get it so wrong!! I wish we had gone anywhere else that first day. This joke of a place was recommended by a professional senior advisor and I've told her so she won't be recommending it anymore! They should have told us before we made an appointment they had no regular Dr on staff for another month; they shouldn't have been sneaky about it and told us after our appointment. That's dishonest. My Mom needed a Dr to stay on her care, not be handed off to an idiot of a med tech. Maybe my Mom would still be alive if she had been able to continue to see the same DOCTOR at all her visits!"
