"The staff is friendly but I’ve been back multiple times for the same issue. They were quick to get me in as the issues persisted but at this point I’ve given up on them being able to help. They were sloppy with fillings and left extra composite on a tooth that made it uncomfortable and had to redo another filling entirely. They were kind and empathetic to how frustrating this experience has been for me but overall I don’t feel as though it’s quality care."

"I believe it isn’t a stretch to say that most people don’t think …“ I enjoy going to my dentist” But I/we do!!! Dr K and her entire staff are extremely professional… But even more so …offer, this uniquely warm, friendly, happy and supportive “ vibe” that I can’t say enough about. "As a first time client I am not very happy. The x ray tech took 45 minutes or more to do x rays. She took so long that another tech checked in a couple times to see if she was finished yet. I believe she was new because never in history has it ever taken that long for me to get an x ray. I had a 1:30 appointment. I arrived at 1:24 with all necessary paperwork filled out prior. The check in process was 2 minutes because I came on time and prepared. The x ray tech was coughing and sniffing the entire time. She even coughed over me. She wore a mask but still this made me extremely uncomfortable. When I asked her if she had a cold, she said no just a cough. I practiced a whole lot of patience. Then to add to my frustration because she took so long, they now were telling me that they had to reschedule my cleaning!! She stated they were running behind. The hygienist was knowledgeable but has no etiquette in her delivery. The Dentist I loved and she was knowledgeable and professional. However they need to have a staff meeting and make certain that the whole office is in sync. So I sit in this waiting room over 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time, waiting to be squeezed in for a cleaning that I had to put my foot down about receiving today. I’m treated as a squeeze as see customers come in with scheduled appointments after me being taken. I had a scheduled appointment a month prior. I’m not very happy. Unfortunately this will be my last visit.Needless to say after a long wait I’m the waiting room past the point that I was told they would see me and speaking with the office manager it was best to reschedule. Never again. Many staff members were coughing and sneezing."
