"I scheduled an appointment to get have the provider for my ADHD medication switched to campus health for convenience several weeks in advance, and had all necessary paperwork sent in well in advance. The DAY OF my appointment, I’m told that they never received the paperwork and that they couldn’t treat me. So I have my old doctor send everything over AGAIN. They still say they received nothing, and then several days later they tell me I don’t have a diagnosis for a condition I’ve been treated for for almost a decade and am registered with disability services for? Interesting."

"I can’t imagine any student with an urgent need or crisis being helped here… they can’t even handle routine things like answering phones or giving vaccinations (while threatening the student with dropping classes…as if it’s the student’s fault that Campus Health Services is terrible.) One could go to any walk-in clinic and be treated better. Other reviews saying ‘rude and unhelpful’ are true. As a student, I’d rather have my fees back, so I can use the money at a *real* clinic where they are serious about treating patients."
