"Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Physician stopped responding to my attempts to contact her to refill my medication for condition that she was treating me for. Tried to reach her via portal and voicemail for few weeks- I never got any response back. I would not recommend this physician for anything."
"We were thrilled to find Dr. Eily to provide care for my wife after a severe stroke. I credit her background as both a medical and functional medicine doctor in giving my wife many more years of a quality of life. Dr. Eily is a rare one who will take the time to fully diagnose and treat her patients using the full range of care options that are available. I have been confident that she provides the best patient-centered care one could expect from the field of medicine, without the constraints found in a typical practice. Her practice manager, Marianne, has the office running smoothly, coordinating the administrative tasks and allowing Dr. Eily to remain focused on providing care for her patients. John Abernethy"
"I would give this place zero stars if I could. It has been almost 3 weeks since my daughter's initial appointment and despite calling the office and messaging in their portal system an embarrassing amount of times, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I am awaiting information from the appointment so that we can move forward with treatment. I was also billed without my insurance included despite the fact that my card was taken and copied during my visit. Steer clear of this place."
"Dr Eily has been seeing my mom since early June. We found Dr Eily while looking for infusion therapy in Raleigh. What we’ve discovered is a brilliant, caring physician who is invested in figuring out the root cause of her patients ailments. She is a trained MD with emergency room experience. Her knowledge is apparent in our visits. We are currently still working towards a root cause but have learned a lot in just 3 months time. My mom suffers from bronchestasis and has absessus in her lungs. She has a great pulmonary team at UNC who is open to working with Dr Eily. She’s also experiencing what her regular GP says is dementia- she’s never had a formal Neuro psych evaluation. Dr Eily has enlightened us to how gut and immune health can affect your whole body. The care we get in a Dr Eily visit vs a regular GP visit is polar opposite. Also, my mom isn’t the best patient. She’s not feeling great and pretty bummed to be so sick at 73. Dr Eily always puts a smile on her face. I can feel the positive energy from Dr E, even on telehealth. Her office is small and she’s operating bare bones. This results in slow communication. I do have high hopes that someone will come alongside Dr Eily to get her office procedures in place and allow her to do what she does best, work with patients. Do not be discouraged by negative reviews."
"It takes a bit to get referrals or a lab order but a quick call or message through the patient portal will fix that. This is a one doctor with one assistant practice. The doctor spends ALOT of time addressing the needs of each patient. We have never had extremely caring and through service like this and by we I mean my family. We have had one urgent visit and they squeezed us in. Dr. Eily is extremely caring, wants to get to the root of the problem, and so kid friendly (my son turned the exam room into a rocket ship and she played along while examining). This is not your traditional cookie cutter office. There are some quirks but I'll take it. Us holistic folks are quirky in our own way. For reports or referrals we (patients) need to do just a little work or lets call it team work with the office. They upload the referral/ lap report to the patient portal, you print it and take it to the doctors office or you can download it and send it to the office via email. We haven't had an issue. If your going to LabCorp bring the physical order and YOU choose online what location best suits you. Update... I changed my stars to 3 stars. The Dr is very caring however in the last 3 weeks I cannot get through to them via phone nor the portal. My kids go to this office and we are in urgent need of a referral."
