"Sorry to say that after a pleasant experience with Dr. Brugman, due to a job loss of our only income source for our family of 6, we were unable to pay our balance for a period of time. Now this firm refuses to simply release my son's prescriptions (which they prescribed) until balance is paid in full. To place money above the well being of a child / patient, even during a hardship, speaks volumes about this company. We didn't want a handout, a discount, or even want a visit, simply the prescription allowing my son to continue course. Dr. Brugman is great - company principals.....not so much! Expect continued visits for as long as you need your prescribed medicine."
