"i have had nothing but bad experiences here the several times i have gone. the people at the front desk don’t know how to do their jobs, the doctors are mean and dismissive, and they will send you a bill for hundreds of dollars months later. i needed to go to the hospital last year while i was in their office and they lied to me saying that they called an ambulance but didn’t. they also gave me medicine that they knew i couldn’t tolerate and made me look and feel crazy when exactly what i said would happen happened. they have no regard with how they make others feel and feign care by calling you a day later to “check up on you”. just a word of advice: don’t darken their door"

"THIS BUSINESS MASSIVELY OVERCHARGES. My insurance was billed over $500 for a walking boot. The SAME, EXACT MODEL is less than $50 on Amazon. Don't accept any devices, as they are massively inflating the cost. The boot apparently is worth more than meeting with the Dr and getting X-rays combined. I came to this location after an ankle injury to make sure I had not broken any bones. Made an appointment online, and received an outreach via text, letting them know my situation. First red flag was they did not tell me this location does not do X-rays...which the physician recommended immediately after seeing my ankle to rule out a break. It's nowhere on their website this location does not take them, so I had no way of knowing this. Once I saw the Dr, he recommended X-rays, and they only do them at their location completely on the other side of Charlotte. If this had been disclosed when I put down my injury online, and again with the outreach person prior to coming in(I literally said I wanted to confirm my sprain did not have any broken bones), I would have either gone to that location, or gone somewhere else that could meet my needs. Since I had already been admitted, I then drove to the other location, and received X-rays which confirmed no broken bones, and it was recommended to take a walking boot. No coats for the boot were disclosed, and in my injured state, I was happy for the assistance. Little did I know I would be billed more than 10 times the actual cost for the walking boot! What a surprise when I received the bill...the boot cost more than the office cost and my X-rays combined...what a rip off! I will say the staff and doctors I interacted with were great, but this business clearly has extreme profit motives, so be careful when accepting any recommended products or devices."

"Easy to book an appointment. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. We have taken our son here for treatment on several occasions and have always received the best medical attention and care. Highly recommended for urgent care needs."

"Smarika and Dr Lee were truly amazing!! There was a nurse there as well! I didn’t get her name, she was really sweet too! I went for a mva check up and Dr. Lee performed a check up on me and advised me of what I would be feeling in the coming days! This was my first time at urgent care and I can say it was a great experience!! Kudos to the staff at OneSpot MD!!"

"Update: changed the rating to 1 star after seeing that they charged me around 150 dollars for a covid visit and some “tests”. All that they did was check my temperature and blood pressure. It’s so disappointing to pay 150 dollars for covid checkup. I’m terrified of what they must be charging people who don’t have insurance. Quite disappointing Tested positive for covid, scheduled an appointment with them, there was around 30-45 mins wait when I visited. The Midwood Station parking nearby was convenient to wait in the car. They texted me once they were ready to see me. Once inside, it took around 20-25 mins for them to run a few tests and prescribe medication. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend this urgent care facility in Charlotte."
