"I scheduled an appointment here and waited an hour and 15 minutes in the chair before the dentist finally came in and looked at my teeth for less than 5 minutes, informing me I had a few cavities and needed a prescribed medicated mouthwash. I have never had a cavity and stick to the same routine for all my life brushing twice daily. I came in for just a cleaning, however no cleaning occured. The hygienist wasn’t in that day. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Sorry no thank you don’t feel like spending an hour alone after my scheduled time waiting for, from what my experience would have me expect, a more than likely botched cleaning."

"My most recent experience with this place will unfortunately be my last. I was having a root canal tooth removed. As the dentist was drilling my tooth in half (because he said it’s easier to remove) I felt everything. I raised my hand like instructed and was ignored and I said ow. He backed away and looked at me and said” you can’t do that you can’t talk” I was crying and said “it hurts really bad I can feel everything “ then he grabbed the Novocain needle and went to stick me again and I said hold on a second please as I was starting to panic and shake because of the pain and he said “do you want more Novocain or do you want to go somewhere else “ with so much aggression and just a lack of care for how much pain I was in. And then he left the room. I looked at the dental assistant who has always been so nice and sweet I wish I could remember his name. He helped me calm down. The dentist came back in stuck the needle directly into where he drilled which hurt so bad and then wasn’t gentle or kind for the rest of the procedure. My mouth doesn’t feel like it’s healing right. I have sores around the extraction and it’s not my first extraction from this place. He was awful to me. I manager came over and was apologetic but the only one who was truly kind to me was the dental assistant. Also crazy when you make an appointment and go in and wait over an hour to be seen because they are short staffed and then get treated like you don’t even matter."

"Morning appointment was fine. Until I called office at 1:30 pm to cancel a appointment that was made at 1pm for 3pm. Due to traffic and living outside of Charlotte. A rude Male answered and addressed his self as the C.E.O and told me YOU PEOPLE don’t realize medicaid doesn’t pay us hardly anything and you should call 48hrs in advance to reschedule. Well I explained the appointment hasn’t even been scheduled a whole hour yet and told him I will gladly go elsewhere that will gladly except my insurance since you frown upon patients with medicaid."

"Do not go here! It’s a scam!! They will tell you that everything is included (cleaning, exam, etc.) for one fee but will not tell you that an appointment does not guarantee service. I came in and stated that I had already had x-rays etc. from my previous dentist and could have them sent over. They did their own x-rays, I saw the dentist for 5 mins who said I just needed a basic cleaning. I was then charged $299.00 and told that I would have to come back for the cleaning and that the earliest appointment was over a month out! Of course she told me this after I paid. I’ll be calling my bank to dispute the charges! This place is a scam!!!"
