"Considering the size of this dental practice, with locations all over he Charlotte Metro area, there should be a better way to settle bills other than calling and giving a credit card over the phone to a stranger, or mailing a check...neither are trusted or secure methods of payment. There are all sorts of secure online options offered by financial institutions that can help in this regard and payment can be made through convenience to the patient/customer. Driving to a location by 11:30 on a Friday is not feasible to make a payment for most working adults."

Staff demystify potentially scary instruments and dental procedures by going slow and providing age appropriate explanations.They give them a coin at the end to use in a patient use machine. My kid LOVES the dentist."

"Dr. Kopczynski and everyone else in the office were absolutely amazing with our autistic child. He has never been able to lay back in the chair to be examined because he was too afraid but she was so patient with him, adjusted to his needs, and established trust with him and he did try out the chair for the first time ever! A wonderful experience! Very pleased!"
