"Front desk staff is not friendly or attentive at all. They used to have a very friendly front desk staff and she is gone. The new ones aren’t friendly at all. Dr Dorton is still good and his lab tech is good as well."

"This team and office never ceases to amaze me with how much they improve every time I visit! I am so pleased to see that they have food boxes …get this … AT THE OFFICE! I think that is so wonderful how they accommodate those who have little to no transportation. The patients can just grab a box as they leave the office, all we have to do is just let the doctor or nurse know. I am always pleased with how much they care and how kind this office is. I trust my doctor (Dr. Ford) as she has been my trusted PCP for 5 years now! I absolutely love my doctor and I pray that she remains my doctor for another 5 years +! "This place is not a professional environment I was a patient with Dr Dorton... He is a awesome doctor the best... Unfortunately the staff there is so unprofessional... They are very rude.. The aid ask why Im here for visit.. I responded im not sure the exact reason because i had a couple of issues so I didnt know exactly.. She responds well if you made a appt then you should know why you here.. very rude ... i told her that was rude and will like to speak with doctor... she then goes out the room yelling "he call me a B$$ch" in which i didnt.. it felt very uncomfortable.. I informed doctor and he was aware of unprofessionalism at his office in which he apologized... Unfortunately I changed doctors because of that. I so wish they change staff ...we are paitents not the enemy"

"I've been coming here for years as my primary care physician has his practice at this location. I've never had a problem, though there have been a few times where my wait was excessive. The lady who does the blood tests is amazing. I've never been "stuck" quite as easily as here. It's never fun having a hole poked in your arm but she does a great job and it's as painless as I've ever had. Decently comfortable waiting area with free wifi. They did have plexiglass panels up during COVID and there was a mask requirement but in April 2023, those are no longer in place."
