"My Dexcom supplies are always on time but they should have a sticker on the outside of the boxes stating these are heat sensitive medical devices. They are left in my mailbox to cook in the heat all day."

Every time I called, over 40 minutes on hold while they looked up my account. Then each time they would tell me they are waiting on something different. Then they cancelled my omnipod order without telling me. Switched to another company. DO NOT USE CCS medical."

"Not sure why all the negative reviews. I fill my child's tandem pump supplies thru them and have had no issues. Even when we requested 2 different infusion sets with our shipment. They call to remind when you're refill is due and authorize to ship on the day insurance allows it. We don't use them for dexcom only pump supplies. No issues."

In the last 8 months their service is terrible, customer service continually calls and asks the exact same questions over and over again, I realized with covid that there are shortages in the supply chain but when you were down to a 2-day supply and they still have not shipped your order this is unacceptable"
