"This was my first visit with doctor Joseph Lai and he was quite patronizing. He did not ask me very many personal questions. He did not seemed interested in getting to know me at all. He was happy to tell me that I’m too young to be taking blood pressure medication and that I was overweight - and needed to lose some. He made a condescending comment about my trouble falling asleep at night. Then he left the room and told me “I know where to find him if I need him”. I got a call yesterday that I need to return to the clinic because the lab technician didn’t get enough blood. I was unable to urinate during my initial visit because I fasted until my appointment. They told me it would be quick and easy to come back and pee in a cup. When I returned, they made me sit and wait in the waiting area before they let me back to provide a urine sample when they said I could run in and run out. This will be my fourth time returning to the practice for ONE physical. I will choose I different practice and provider for my next appointment, and will be getting a second opinion on any feedback I receive from the lab or doctor."

"Writing this review after being seen by Dr. Patel because she was THAT AMAZING! If you need a quick appointment - definitely try this location. I booked online and was able to get one next day. Her and Dr. Lai (who also has good reviews below) seemed to both have openings for next week. Regarding Dr. Patel - I came in for a new issue, and she patiently listened to all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. As a new mom, it’s hard to get out of the house with a baby, and she helped me get my Pap smear, shots, and referrals to other docs all in the same appointment. She even helped watch my baby while I was getting dressed! We connected on a personal level, and I felt extremely cared for / listened to. She is such an angel, and I’ll continue coming back to her."
