"I have been with Lee Quick and his team now for 5 years. They never disappoint, fabulous, timely and reasonably priced services. Special thanks to Lee for coming out Sunday eve in torrential rain when my heat went out. I am grateful."
"If I could rate something lower than one star, I absolutely would. Late last week, Quicks was contracted by our third party service provider to come to my business to service an AC that was not cooling. We have had one particular technician out from Quicks multiple times, and each time, he has been anything less than spectacular. He is the perfect example of someone who absolutely HATES what he does for a living and has the terrible attitude to prove it. I have even asked our contracting service to send any company other than Quicks for this reason. For this particular visit, the technician came into my business and did not speak to any of the four managers who were working at the time. He went directly to the back and started to look around. When I realized that he was here, I went to speak to him and to let him know what was occurring with our unit. He acted as though he could not be bothered to speak with me and was very dismissive. I told him that I had turned the unit off in case it was frozen, and he huffed and replied that I didn't turn the fan to "on" instead of "auto." I was already frustrated with his behavior at this point, so I reminded him that I am not the HVAC specialist but that I had done my best to help. He worked for a bit, and then communicated to my assistant that the drain line for the unit was "illegally connected to our bathroom sink" and that we needed to call a plumber. He cleared the line, which blew disgusting blank gunk into our bathroom. The only other thing that he said to us was that we needed to call maintenance to clean up the mess. He did not call our contracting company to check in or out for his visit, and we were not asked to sign for work performed. He did not speak to me again at all (only to my male assistant). A few days later, our unit stopped working again. Our contracting service called the owner and threatened to remove Quicks from their service rotation after my description of my experience, and he assured them that he would personally come out to check out the situation yesterday. He never came. I called and spoke directly with him this afternoon. I expressed how frustrated I was with the service performed and that it was unacceptable that we were still having an issue. At first, he was rude as well, speaking over me when I was trying to explain the situation. I asked him to not yell at me on the phone, after which we were then able to have a cordial conversation. He reiterated that we needed to have a plumber come out because the drain line was probably backed up again. Our contracting service sent another HVAC company out this afternoon. The technician from the new company checked out the unit on the roof (which Quicks did not bother to do) and discovered that it was low in pressure due to a leak and that the unit was in the process of freezing up again due to the constant running. He also noted that our coils needed to be cleaned and that the filter needed to be replaced. Had the technician from Quicks bothered to check any of this out, we would have been able to resolve this situation several days ago. I was not impressed with any level of service that we received, and I would not recommend this company in the least for any HVAC issues."
"We had not used our fireplace for years because cold air was seeping it. We tapped it up to keep the cold air out and ignored it for years because we thought the fix was expensive. Lee Quick put in the time to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. We only needed to have it sealed properly. The builder, Pulte’, did it incorrectly and wouldn’t fix the problem because 10 years had passed. We are thankful to Quick’s HVAC."
"That dreaded feeling when you walk upstairs during the summer, and each step gets warmer and warmer, and finally, when you're at the top of the stairs, the air is heavy with heat. That's what happened to me at 11:00 at night. I couldn't call them because it was too late, so I left a "REQUEST FOR SERVICE" request on their website at 11pm. At 7:00 the next morning, I saw that they had emailed me and said that someone from their company would call me at 8:00. They did. They said a service man would be out within the hour. He was. A half hour later, my Air Conditioning unit was fixed (capacitor). I very VERY much appreciated their promptness. Quick's HVAC will be the first company I will always call when my AC or furnace go out."
"I was very please with the services. When I reach out to Quick from a friend of mind. He respond with a quick answer and took care of my maintenance. I will be reaching out for all my services need. I refer someone to the business about the first of the year. She came back to me and thank me for your services and will keep you on her top list. Thank you and your team for everything you do."
