"My Dell XPS laptop was not working on battery power. Apparently the connector had become dislodged. uBreakiFix fixed it within a few days and didn't charge me to do so even when I asked to compensate them for their time. A terrific store - I'll be back when I have any issues with laptop or PC!"

"This place gave awful service, I wish I could rate 0 stars. Firstly, I had to order a new top mic for my phone which was overpriced. They said it would take about 3 business days to come in, after waiting for a call, I decided to call in and asked if the piece was there, and it was they never let me know. Secondly, I brought the phone to get the piece fixed, they said they would call the secondary phone number to let us know when the phone was ready, they never called. They called the actual phone that was getting fixed. So we called again asking if the phone was done and yes it was, I came in to get my phone that had NO scratches on it before, to come and see that BOTH sides of the phone were scratched really bad. I was really upset, I said something to the guy and he tried blaming it on the case, saying the case scratched it which made no sense. I then asked for a discount and they only took $20 off, but the weird part is I checked my bank account and yes the money did go through, but the next day the +20 was gone out of my account I didn’t even get the $20!!!! Although, they fixed the top speaker they ruined my beautiful phone with ugly scratches all along BOTH sides. I will never be returning here again. They did not treat the phone with care at all because they didn’t care! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this place."

"The microphone on my laptop was not working and I could not figure out the issue on my own (new Win11 laptop). Paul discovered the software setting (microphone disabled?) and changed the setting and tested the laptop. There was no charge for the service. I'm impressed and happy."

"If you value your time, use another store. This store staff requires better training on setting up clients' expectations and value their time and business. I wasted one hour on the trip yesterday, was told - "it's OK and I will have to do two more one-hour trips before I get my phone fixed". Before I came, via the phone I was told if you come, we will take care of it right away). Sending my phone to Google directly. Hope the store Manager takes appropriate action."
