"They couldn't repair some zippers I needed fixed, even tho that's what they are supposed to be known for. They couldn't patch my son's pants and they couldn't alter a romper I had. I would not recommend."

"I dropped my shoes off at 10 30 and asked for a same day pick-up. Not only were they ready at pick-up, but they were nicely done. I have used other shoe locations and had to return my shoe without the express service. So, I am pleasantly surprised to see that my heels were repaired correctly and on the first try. I love heels, but the concrete is horrible on them. I seem to need the repaired a lot. This store was great!"

"Great job on shoe repair in the past. However, I came to pick up my shoes and Google says Hours of Operation are 10-3 but they were closed by the time I arrived at 2:15. Please update your hours."

"I had a garment altered there and specifically requested it to be stitched up like the original stitching instead it took two weeks and the finished product was poorly stitched together and some of the lining was not stitched at all. I had to pay more money to go get it corrected elsewhere. Very dissatisfied. If you want basic alterations go there. Something that requires a little skill I wouldn’t recommend."
