"I’m away from home and my jeep started doing some crazy stuff last night. I went into panic mode but when I called Hendrick Service Center first thing this morning they told me to bring her in. Tammy Ritter was my service advisor and she got me calmed down, arranged transport to/from my hotel, and kept me updated as to status/issues.
