"Went and got screen repaired on Tuesday. Got a new screen protector added with a outer box like case added as well. Literally Sunday morning phone fell off the couch onto carpet not even 1foot off the ground and it cracked. Under the screen protector with the case on called them back and they said that it doesn’t fall under their warranty. My problem is they claim they use good quality materials but the screen they replaced it with wasn’t worth anything. They charge it so much for it to crack like that. Spoke with supervisor Anthony and he didn’t really want to help. Claimed it would cost too much to repair it again. Offered to take 20 dollars off as If I hadn’t just paid 170 to get it fixed the first time. I will not spend my money here again for it to crack again. It’s terrible because the people there are really nice but the company doesn’t care enough to either buy good material or fix it properly. There is no way the phone should crack with the case on under the glass screen protector unless they didn’t fix it properly or they have cheap materials. There is literally no one else you can complain to It is what it is. Moneys gone phone half repaired. please don’t risk it, do your research and go to a better place. Money down the drain."
