"Really upset with my experience here. So someone shattered my iPad screen a few months back. This already left me in a bind because I don't make a lot of money and my iPad was to be used for college design and artwork. I went with this place in particular because I was hopeful to get an affordable repair. Went in and put half of the repair down. Then the wait for the part was pretty long but I was patient knowing that it would at least result in a repair. Well they never mentioned they wouldn't fully repair my iPad to it's prior state. Now my apple pencil barely works on the screen. And the person I spoke with response was "oh that's not a concern of our cus we didn't even realize people use apple pencils that much." Wow really? He told me they could place my shattered screen back on or I would just have to deal with it. Now there's a lighter spot on my screen then the rest of it as well! To top it all off, I found out they charged me just as much as an apple certified repair would have cost. I am NOT happy. :( Edit: was left a number to call under this review... Attempted to call and was told to that there's no one to help me and that I should call Monday when the response below says I can call 7 days a well :/"
