"We had a power surge that knocked out our Sony 55" Smart TV. I took it to Gerald and he knew right away what needed to be done. He ordered the part, fixed it and it's good as new. Would recommend him to anyone and will continue using his services as needed. Very honest and resonable which is hard to find this day and time."

"I paid $138.00 for a diagnostic. Gerald called the next day and said it would be $500.00 for the parts and and asked if he could recycle the TV. I said yes, but the next day checked and found a main board and power board for way less money. He said he had already destroyed the TV so I paid $138.00 for nothing. I couldn't even get my TV back. Update: I never was able to get my TV back. I paid Gerald 138.00 to steal my TV. Gerald's reply below is total horsesh!t by the way. This was a TV from my basement and had nothing to do with a church."

"The owner of this business is an honest and good person, which is hard to come by in this industry. Respect and honesty with the customer are at the top of his priorities, and he makes that true. He mistakenly gave me a lower price for the part to fix my TV than what it truly costed, but he honored that lower price because he told me that. Quick service on my TV and he even helped me to load it in my vehicle. Would bring any electronic that needs repaired to Gerald and trust him with it."
