"Asked for 1 inch off, ended up losing closer to 3 inches. Tried to recover but it was too late. Didn't want to be this harsh but the main barber knew and verbally said that my haircut wasn't what I wanted and I gave them a chance to fix the situation and they chose not to. Never going back. Nice folks, but don't have a clue what to do with actual hair and not cesar cuts. I waited for a cut I hated. I hope they get better, but I'm cool on this place forever."
