"Just had my check-up at Dr. Lin's Dental Office today, and it was awesome! The whole team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the front desk crew to the dentist, everyone was top-notch. I acknowledge that recently they are busy with their schedules, they tried their very best to find a time that is suitable for both the dentist and I. Dr. Lin was not only professional but also took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Dr. Lin is a very hardworking man, and I see that he tries to get to everyone even when he overworks. The cleaning was very gentle, no pain compared to other dental offices I have visited. Even with a full schedule, he said I can come-in in two weeks for my fillings. The assistants also were very patient with me when they were trying to take my X-rays, since I gag. The office is clean, modern, and has a great vibe that made my visit surprisingly enjoyable. What I love most about Crystal Dental is their genuine care for patients. "Great dentist- just saw him about a teeth cleaning and he was narrating his actions as he worked, putting me at ease. He looked up my not so great history, wasn’t judgmental and instead focused on how to improve my tooth issues and how to tackle it. Thorough, professional and thoughtful; managed to squeeze me in earlier than scheduled, conscience of time limitations (on my part). I like his work and demeanor and recommended my sister to him.
