"Went into the store on Sunday which I have bought Items many times. I asked a young Saleswoman that was working in the Sneaker section, Brown Hair, Glasses,,,a question because the Sliders didn’t have a price on it. And I asked her “ How you doing today”? No response No smile Awful attitude Just told me the price and walked away!! The problem is no one has fear of losing there jobs anymore. It’s mind boggling!!"
"Horrible customer service. I would give them a negative 1 if I could. I walked in to return 2 items after not being able to return them a feed day earlier due to some issue that adidas was having company wide. I go back to the store and the gentleman helping tells me that the order number isn’t brining up the two shirts I needed to return although they could clearly see them on my email receipt. The manager then tells the guy who was helping to take other clients as a line was forming behind me and that I would need to call customer service myself to have the issue resolved. I ask them if they could call since it wasn’t my fault as I had already come in a few days prior to make this return and was unable to. The manager or someone else should have been able to assist the other clients until my issue was resolved instead of me having to do it on my own by just giving me the customer service number. Very bad customer service in my opinion. This interaction took place on September 5th at 7:00pm in the Roosevelt Field location. I was and am extremely disappointed."
"Stefan the sales associate was extremely helpful and went the extra mile close for me while it was to closing, honestly he transferred me to the female manager (Jessi I believe) and it was a night and day experience. I’ve been a manager for 8 years at a high volume company. I’d recommend a realignment of staffing."
"I ordered sneakers online, I went to this adidas store to return/exchange. I even called before I went there and spoke to someone name Dave! He said I was allowed to return/exchange with an online purchase. A few hours I get there, I’m told the exact opposite and the employees act like they didn’t know what they were doing. I went to Queens Center to do it, the manager said that it’s allowed and he nots sure why I couldn’t do it at the Roosevelt field Adidas store."
"I never write reviews, but I’m truly disappointed with my experience there. Once I entered the store I was not greeted, didn’t mind I understand stores get hectic on weekends. Not once did someone come up to me asking if I needed help, while others were being helped. Anyways this is not my issue, I bought two pairs of adida sweats, I had a red one & a blue one. I found a red in a XS but only a S on the blue one. I go to checkout & I ask the girl at the register if she had any in the back ( blue pants in a XS) & she gets one. I failed to realize right in the store that it had black stains over the stripes. I go home & realize it’s stained but I was like it’s nothing a wash won’t do. So I give it as a gift & it doesn’t fit the person so regardless I had to exchange. They had taken the tags off but didn’t throw them out so they were saved. Two days later which is today I come back in the store to see if I could exchange & I explain the situation to the cashier, she calls her manager I believe & told me they couldn’t exchange, i immediately felt the vibe they thought I had probably done the damage but I did not. Once I told the cashier (same one that attended me when I bought them) that it had came like that, she abruptly told me no I didn’t even get them from the back I got them from the rack. If she had looked at the same rack I did, wouldn’t I have seen the XS? Either way I have worked in retail so I know sometimes customers might miss a size, so I am not blaming her but was not happy in the way I was spoken to. The other girl (not the cashier) then proceeds to tell me since the tag is off & it’s damaged she can’t take it, but she can accept the red one with no damages without the tag? If you didn’t want to accept fault, just say that. I don’t mean to cause arguments, or even expect a reply back. Just simply sharing my dissatisfaction in the way I was treated & the way my purchase was dismissed. I did contact adidas, hopefully they find a solution to my issue."
