"Utilizes the Medici telehealth app which is no longer available and when asked what to do, I was consistently told to just open the medici app. Which is hard to do when it is no longer available on the app store to install. Would highly recommend looking somewhere else if able."
"Dr. Tew, is so kind, patient, very professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and knows how to get you to open up. I've been seeing her for 9yrs. and will continue for the rest of my life. Oh and she is easy to get in touch with too. She will call you back. Great doctor you won't be disappointed."
"This practice does not care about its patients. Given the type of service it provides, you would think it would be timely in returning the calls of those needing prescription refills or to be seen by the doctor. In January, I went a WHOLE month without my prescription medication waiting for a doctor to return my call and fill the script. (Voice mail messages for both doctors and front desk staff say that calls will be returned within 24-hours. This week, I left a message two days ago that still has not been returned. I have had a doctor to call out sick on me and then received a nasty gram from the office that I had not kept my scheduled follow up. Very disappointed in the care (or lack of care) received."
"Very disappointed with this practice and the way they treat their patients. I'd been a patient with Dr.Brown for about 4 years. During covid-19 I left my card # for a payment on the voicemail. It was a ONE time payment authorization, however, someone decided they would use it for a balance owed. I desputed with my bank because no one in the office would call me back. About a week later, I was issued a refund and told that my chart was closed! Again, tried to reach out to Dr.Brown to figure out what the issue was and I never received a return message from him. I had every intention of paying the balance due, but you can't just take it from someone without authorization. So, now I have to find a new doctor because this office is more concened withoney than taking care of their patients."
"I've been a patient of Dr. Brown's for years. Best psychiatrist I'd ever had for my anxiety and depression. I am being forced to find a new practice because the staff scheduled me on the wrong day and refused to waive the missed appointment fee. The staff has always lacked emotion, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. They never acknowledged what happened. They told me to let them know where to send my records when I refused to pay for the incorrectly scheduled appointment. So now I can't get my prescriptions because they refuse to acknowledge they made a mistake. Instead of supporting me they created a situation where I feel powerless. I recommend somewhere else."
