Walmart Pharmacy 25737 U.S. 11, Evans Mills, NY 13637

"All of the employees in the pharmacy are great very friendly and they are so helpful. That being said the male pharmacist is not good. I waited 40 minutes for a prescription I neede to change the original one from a chewable tablet to an oral tablet. I inquired about my prescription and was told that the drs office hadn’t changed that to an oral tablet meanwhile as he told me that he was on the phone with my doctors office as he told me they had not contacted him yet. I told him I don’t like to be lied to that I’m on the phone now with the drs office. He is not friendly a liar and he acts like he is doing you a favor when he has to talk to you he exhaled and acts and looks like you are a bother. Thank God for the rest of the techs there or you would lose a lot of customers my review stars are based on the pharmacist only"

The pharmacy tech could have sent me on my way to handle this on my own, but instead she helped me call every local pharmacy until we finally found one in stock that I could pick up the same day. I believe her name was Jordan & she made our day!"

"Not the first time and I'm sure it will not be the last. Went with my elderly mother to pickup our prescriptions and how the casher treated the elderly gentleman and my mom was rude and disrespectful. When I walked up to get my prescription I spoke louder so she could hear me thou my mask and the glass in front of me. She told me you don't have to be rude. What how was I rude for speaking so you could hear me. Then when asking for her name she start belittling me and even got customer around me to do the same. So if Jenn is cashing you out do not speake so she can hear you cause if you do she will think it is rude."
