"This provider cannot keep their patients straight, as indicated by her response below. I showed up to every appointment I had at this practice, contrary to what she says, and I have bank statements to prove it. If you want to be treated like a dirty addict who can't be trusted and doesn't deserve to be spoken to respectfully, this is the place for you. This doctor mistook me for another patient and refused to admit he made a mistake after over-prescribing me medication. The Office Manager is only after money.
