"I rarely post reviews but I’d hate for anyone to have the terrible experience that I had. I went to Parkview Dental for a cleaning - with no pain. I left with no cleaning, a bill for nearly $300 and in significant pain. I was also told that I needed nearly $5,000 in work - 11 cavities and 1 crown. This would turn out to be a blatant lie. Both second and third opinions confirmed the same. I had 5 cavities. Not 11. And none even close to needing a crown. I was in so much pain over the holidays that I couldn’t eat with my family. I missed work. I had anxiety, sleepinesses and financial stress for weeks over imagined work that was never required. I lost some faith in humanity after this experience. This office employs dishonesty, misinformation, fear based tactics, hidden billing, pain induced urgency, on the spot financing and deception on a massive level. Anything to get your money. So of course they’re smiling the entire time and being “very nice” about it. This was a truly horrible experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone."

"First impressions are everything, and this office nailed it from day one. I had a pretty bad infection near a wisdom tooth I have been reluctant to remove for years. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, even as a new patient. They helped relieve the pain from the infection and then talked to me about a plan on removing my wisdom teeth. I knew they needed to be removed, so I agreed to the plan. They were very informative throughout the whole process. Dr Holt, Dr Mac, Verronica, and Erin have been amazing to work with. And let's not forget the front desk, where it all starts. Kathleen has been great to work with in scheduling appointments and rescheduling when needed. Everyone I talk to has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. Thank you Parkview Dental team for all you guys do."

Recently the office was remodeled to make all services even more efficient - and comfortable. We could not recommend the practice, and especially Doctor Stacey, more. "I begin seeing Dr. Matt Stacey after being dissatisfied with the businesslike environment of a previous dentist. Recently, I scheduled a procedure immediately after a routine cleaning. The Parkview front office folks were very helpful and efficient. Adrienne, the hygienist, was an absolute delight. Matt replaced a filling and closed a gap between two molars. All during the procedure he explained what he was doing, making sure I knew what to expect. The work went smoothly, there was absolutely no pain, and the gap is gone. I could not be happier now that I found a talented, professional, dentist in Dr. Stacy."

The front office staff is attentive and welcoming, the hygienists are great and help me feel calm when they know I’d rather not be there, and Dr. Holt and his assistants are skilled and you can tell that doing a good job is important to them.
