"Smile starters should be avoided if possible. Many parents don’t have a choice and here is my recommendation to you. Set a timer, when they ask you to come back to see the medical plan start your timer for 10 min. Do not leave that room before your timer goes off. SS is a factory that attempts to get as many billable procedures as possible into one day. Slow them down and DEMAND to understand procedures they will be doing. They will slip in any extra procedures possible and they do this by purposefully using poor communication. They rush parents through a quick ‘assessment’ using one X-ray. Your child deserves good dental care, demand that by slowing it all down. I recently let my husband take our kid. Things went off the rails bc I wasn’t there to slow down the process. We were already done w them. We are so very done now."

"Very poor communication on the procedure they plan to do... I went in there for a cleaning was told the cavity needs to be filled. So thinking my child was going to get a filling that would be color matched and he came out with crowns that looked like silver dollars.. I had no idea they were going to be putting on crowns. I believe they do a very poor job explaining what exactly they plan to do. I was not shown or presented the information properly at all... I had no idea he was getting crowns. I was under the impression its just fillings. I feel like because I had insurance that would pay in full, I was taken advantage of because of that. Maybe they just saw dollar signs and took advantage of the situation. I would be very very leery on ever using this company. Very very disappointed. And there is nothing I can do about it now."

"Amazing is how I would describe this place. My little one had to change dentists and he was use to me going to the back with him. When they told me I couldn’t go, I just thought good luck because he is going to freak out. The lady distracted him with conversation and within 45mins he was done. Not one complaint about what he wouldn’t do, can you say I was in shock! Staff is super friendly, caring and understanding. They have private rooms to talk to you about what’s going on! I love it here!"

"This was our first and last time visiting here. Our appointment was scheduled for 10am, we weren't called back until 10:35 at which time I was told I was not allowed to go back with my 5yo, that they do not allow parents to be present. This is a huge red flag and makes me think they have something to hide. My 5 yo cannot advocate for himself, doesn't know what's ok and what's not in a setting like that and has no need to "learn to be on his own" at 5 yo. I left without my son being seen as I did not feel comfortable with him going back on his own."

"Our Hygienist and Dentist were absolutely wonderful. My 19 month old recognized the exam room having been there with her big brother when he had a tooth knocked out! She immediately started crying and didn’t stop. The staff were so kind and professional, they obviously knew how to get the exam and treatment done with precision and speed. And also with a couple songs! Thanks"
