The pharmacy tech reply was "Im going to say go fish on that one" So this is how you all answer questions from your customers, I can see why your rating is so low. That was very unprofessional. A simply yes or no would have been fine."

"Yesterday evening on June 29th me and my father entered the store so that he could use his new OTC benefit from his health insurance. This was the first time my father has went through the process of doing this and was very confused. We figured out the shopping portion of it on our own However when we got to the register it was something new not only for us but for the young lady that was assisting my father. Jasmine ( I hope that is spelled correct) had never done one of these transactions before because there was literally an update that was done to the system a few days prior. (Per the agent we called) Neither her nor my father could figure out how to do this transaction. But Jasmine was super patient and she allowed me to call the OTC company to help walk us through it. She was an excellent agent, had the best customer service I've ever seen, and was not only patient with us but also the other customers that were coming in. Jasmine is a perfect example of what a customer service agent should provide. Patients friendly and willing to help and learn. I know often working with older people in this environment they can get cranky but she's the perfect person to deal with them."

"Usually pretty easy to get in an out, clean and organized store, but was not open at 7:15 am when a sign was posted that they open at 7 on that day. I understand completely that these things can happen, especially if there may not be enough staff, etc. but it is hard for those looking to make stops on the way to work or somewhere else that you cannot easily redirect to another place without losing the time you took to go to the place of choice."
