"I shopped at Chico’s today and Erica was so helpful with much good advice and endless trips with more choices and sizes for me. That personal service is so wonderful as you have to walk half the store at Belk to even find someone to check you out. There is no customer service there. I have been a Chico’s customer for over 15 years and value their product and their service associates. Thank you, Erica!"

"Linda and Carolyn was absolutely wonderful associates. I was in the store returning an online item for my sister because she couldn't find the same item in the size she needed online. While in the store, Linda, a sales associate, said that she would go search other stores to see if she could find the item for my sister. At first she wasn't successful and then she told me she was going to keep trying. Well she was able to find the item in a Texas store and worked with the associate there to have it shipped to my sister. That's what I call excellent customer service. She and colleague were so friendly and while Linda was helping someone else she asked Carolyn to help me while I was trying on some items. They both were so pleasant, warm, and friendly. They just weren't trying to sell you stuff as some associates do. But they we're genuinely concerned about items fitting well and whether or not it was something that you liked vs just saying that it looked good on you to get a sale. They made my shopping experience very nice and very customer service oriented. I will definitely go back. Thanks to you both."

"I made an appointment with a stylist to gather clothes for my wedding weekend. I had never had a personal stylist select clothes for me and I was skeptical to say the least. However, it ended up being a wonderful experience! I was set up with Pat and she was extremely helpful without being pushy or hovering. I guess the point of a stylist is they may select things you would never select for yourself because we all become "set in our ways" and tend to gravitate towards the same styles. However, this is not always a good thing and, in my case, Pat brought me items I would never have been drawn to but when I put them on I loved them! My selections there are now some of my favorite outfits! I never felt pushed into anything or like I was getting the "hard sell." And I am not over 50. In fact, I am in my early 30's so do not feel like you have to be in a certain age set to find good clothes here. While clothes here are fairly expensive, they have good sales and the quality is excellent and will therefore last you a long time."

"Poor nonexistent customer service. If you are not over 50 years old they will not even look at you until you are at the register. Then tell you your coupon is not usable. I made a purchase and was so mad at the way they treated my wife and made her cry I marched back in an demanded a refund. She asked why and I told her. They did not even muster an apology. I am so angry. I guess that is why their store is void of customers."
