"Don’t go here if you’re petite and want to shop in the petite section. The lady with the blonde bob will fat shame you even then you’re not fat. My friend was trying to find a winter coat and the salesperson, Fatty McGee, tried to tell my athletically built friend she was in the wrong section. Condescending staff for a place that sells clothing for women unhappy with their marriages."

"I stopped by JJill hoping to find a coat for winter. When looking around the store, I ended up in the petite section. One of the workers decided to come over and ask “This is actually the petite section back here which is meant for women 5’4 and below. Are you shopping for you or someone else?” I am literally 5’4. I don’t appreciate being fat shamed in a store and i certainly did not like the fact that she went out of her way to make that comment. I will never be shopping here again. Beware of this store because if you don’t fit there idea of petite you will be treated differently."

"I love the Staff at this JJill they are always in an upbeat mood and very accommodating/service orientated even when I see they may be tired. They always remember me, when Covid-19 hit I had not been in the store for a year before that and as soon walked back in the store this year (2021) I was asked hey! where have you been :) nice ladies every last one of them."

"I’ve never been in a J.Jill store, just receive the catalogs. I want to get an idea of the quality and sizing. The ladies in the store weren’t very helpful, a little condescending. I waited in line to ask a question and she acted like I was bothering her. Then she preceded to take the lady behind me who just walked up to purchase something. Very poor customer service in my opinion."
