"Coming from a pharmacy technician that has worked at this location, the service at this pharmacy is the absolute worse and is appalling. From the way they speak to you, to the way they treat you. Unfortunately this has not been my month, and have to had to come to the pharmacy 3 times. Even more unfortunate for me this is my local pharmacy. My breaking point today was Myla in drive thru. I’m in pain, my ear canal is swollen. And Myla tells me if I’m going to wait, I can only do inside. That it won’t be prioritized if I’m not inside the building. WHAT?!?!?!?! I go to tell her this, AND SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE, and walks away. Is this really the way healthcare is suppose to be these days? The ONLY good thing from this experience was my interaction with Deb. (I had to pick up another item and went to front for check out, because at this point it’s been 40 minutes waiting in pain, for an antibiotic) My only wish is that Deb moves back to the pharmacy or she can teach them customer service."

"A particular pharmacy employee needs to be more discreet and not speak loudly enough that everyone can hear the names of the prescriptions you are coming to pick up as if he trying to embarrass you by broadcasting your personal health information. I found his behavior very disturbing and unprofessional. If he does it again I will make a formal complaint. I already know his name."

"Every time I try to refill my prescription I call up there and they always say they're out. I have now learned to call again because I don't know who it is, But then they're like yeah we'll have that ready for you. Honestly, one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to."

"I've used the pharmacy a total of three times in the past two years and every time there's some ridiculous problem. If your insurance wont cover something they just don't bother filling it (and don't bother contacting you about it either) and act like its an inconvenience for them if you intend to pay out of pocket. One time they told me that the medication I was prescribed didn't exist. The CVS on Hillsborough is vastly superior. Never had a single problem there."

"Waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time for flu and Covid shots for my octogenarian wheelchair-bound parents. Staff was dismissive and showed zero empathy as we sat waiting. Why offer appointments you can’t keep?"
