"If you want fresh noodles this is one of the few places I have seen in Roc advertising fresh noods! I got the onion, mushroom stir fried noodles, and they were absolutely amazing even after sitting in the to go bowl for about a half hour. I would have to think fresh out of the pan the noods would have been even more bouncy. The flavor was fantastic, can’t recommend it enough. The other dish I tried was the tomato, egg, soup noodles. He assured me the broth was vegetarian so I had to try it. The broth is very light allowing for the flavor of the eggs, and tomato to come through. If you need a broth that slaps your taste buds don’t get this dish. This is a light noodle dish that has subtle flavors, it would be a great delivery item if you want to stay home and feel cozy. I loved it. My only criticism is that the soup noodles should be packed in a separate container from the soup if the customer is getting it togo/delivery. While the noodles in the soup did hold up fairly well for the time they sat in the soup, it would have been extraordinary had they not sat in the soup the entire time."
"The food here was so good! I definitely recommend doing takeout since it's a one man shop and the food can take a little bit of time. However, the wait is well worth it! The flavors are simple and delicious and these are hands down some of the best noodles I have ever had. They are thick, with the perfect bite. Definitely a hidden gem."
"This noodle place is in a strange & hidden location, but that wasn’t big problem. We got the tomato & cucumber salad which was tasty, and a plate of beef & tomato and beef & onion noodles. The actual noodles were the highlight, springy and fresh. There was sufficient beef, tomato, onion & also bits of broccoli & bokchoy (could do more of those). However, the flavor of sauce for both noodles were quite flat. Had the chili oil been actually spicy it would have lifted the dish. We also were not offered any water, and the food took quite a while to come out despite us being the only patrons there."
"Unassuming spot for delicious fresh noodles. My favorite are the cumin tofu noodles. This noodles are fresh and have a great texture. I like that they are simply cooked with a little onion and cabbage. Not too much else taking away from the noodle. If you like a little spice ask for the chili oil. It adds a great flavor to compliment the noodles. Both vegetarian and meat options so there really is something for everyone. You can tell the chef really has a passion for creating delicious noodles for everyone to enjoy."
