"I ordered chicken and broccoli, which comes with white rice, but I asked them to just not give me rice because I can’t eat it…and I got charged EXTRA for the change. I’m sorry, I understand not getting a price reduction for asking to remove something from a meal, but I absolutely shouldn’t have been charged extra for a dietary restriction that would result in less work on your part. Absolutely do not get food here. It’s not worth it."

"Zero stars but unfortunately not allowed. Crunchy rice, expired soda, old tasting bourbon chicken, missing meal, horrible phone service. After calling and speaking to several people they were only willing to refund the 2ltr soda. All I wanted was the refund for the one missing meal and 2ltr. I spent $105. I will never go there again. I was going there for over 5yrs but I think they must have new owners. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any place. Never again!!!!"

"Zero stars but as you know we have to select one. I spent $105. Crunchy rice, missing a whole shrimp fried rice combo, bourbon chicken tasted old, soda tasted like soap come to find out it was expired, I said no veggies on Lo Mein and got veggies.Worse experience ever. I used to go here all the time and food was always good. I would call and get my order taken right away without a problem. Today I had to repeat myself 5X and they still got my order wrong. I called to complain about my one combo missing and expired soda. I wasn’t even going to mention the crunchy rice or old tasting bourbon chicken but after being told to hold for the manager then getting someone that wasn’t the manager after I explained my issue again the lady said hold for the manager again left me on hold for 3min and then they disconnected the call. I called back then got a call back with not a manager who said I only ordered 2 meals. Then she said I had to go to the store to get a refund for just the soda. Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again."

"Frist off, maybe I ordered when the cook was having a bad day, cause everything tasted stale. Either it was overdone or undercooked. From a quick view, it didn't look that bad, but the taste and smell give off bad leftovers The jumbo fried shrimp was stale, very dry, hard and looked as if it sat in the freezer for too long before it was refried till it was close to burning. The veggie Dumplings tasted expired. Strange smell and slippery taste. I wasn't sure what I was eating. Even after I fried it to get rid of the soggy appearance, it just smelled and tasted days old. The fries had no salt and spent too long in the freezer. Ordering them was a mistake on my part. The main course "spicy shrimp combo platter with lomein" was actually spicy and decent tasting, just lacking Freshness! Everything tasted days old and strangely slippery. This is my first and last order. Anyone leaving outstanding review on this restaurant are suspicious. I actually took these positive reviews serious and wasted my money."

"They got everything right--delivery was quick and the food was piping hot. The hot and sour soup actually was hot and sour, but in the best way. The veggie egg rolls were pretty good. And the fried tofu dish with mixed vegetables actually impressed me because it really tasted fresh and had a better assortment of veggies than I thought it would."
