"I'm rarely disappointed with Tim's. The staff was very friendly. Good customer service."
"Stood in front of register for 12 minutes without being acknowleged. Then we finally got to order. The food isnt very good and on top of that they didnt give us all the items we ordered. I had to go back and wait for the employees to finish talking about another employee...i finally had to speak up to get them to pay attention and get the missing item. This wont be someplace we will return to. That being said ill still visit the location close to my home for the drive thru coffee."
"Served me rotten eggs The reply I received suggests the problem is discoloration. It's fortunate you can't smell photos or you would be able to tell these eggs aren't just green/grey they also smelled and tasted sulfuric and vile. There is a difference between old and rotten and apparently this location's staff does not know it."
"Mostly visited the drive through. The staff is always very friendly thus 5 stars although they Mostly don't have the donuts I need. Be careful while exiting from the drive through since the Aldi traffic comes that way."
"Their coffees are amazing. Also, the service is fast and rates are reasonable. I ended up visiting for as many days i stayed in Rochester. They have bagel bites which is perfect breakfast size and tasty."
