"It's the third time I get a messed-up chipotle sandwich. This time they got inventive. I only have tomatoes and cheese on half and only bacon and chicken on the other half. IT LOOKS LIKE DOG FOOD. Ridiculous that you can't even call to complain because you get hung up on!!!"
"Nice place to take a break and get a quick bit or light meal. I had a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. I was surprised that it was the best bagel I have had at a restaurant. It was so light and perfectly toasted. Quite a delightful experience!"
"Had lunch here, silly me messed up my order. I spoke with the manger to get it correct. He suggested a meal similar to what I normally get. I think I found a new favorite, it had chicken ☺️ This manger was great with getting my lunch right out to me. Thanks you for a yummy lunch and great service"
"Good taste. First time their, lady at the register was very courteous, I was given a round pager (#4) to call me when order was ready, I didn't even sit down yet and the pager went off, I went to the pickup counter and waited 7 minutes before they actually had finished my small order. Not sure why they called me up when MY order wasn't even started."
"Panera has seemed to be going downhill, theres always at least one thing wrong with every trip. This time there were multiple. Gift card wouldnt scan so we held up a line. Croutons in the salad were stale, many lettuce pieces were pink, cookie was stale, baguette was stale. What the hell Panera. Cant continue to charge these premium prices if the food isnt premium."
