"The food is great here. There is many options and lots of variety. The problem is the service. It is SLOW ! I ordered in app and waited more then a half hour in drive thru line after lunch time! If I didn’t pay already I would have left. I don’t know if they need a better process or more staff but it is awful."
"Omg this was the worst Panera bread experience I’ve had…. I ordered grilled cheese with tomato soup…the sandwich was disgusting, cheese was rock solid and tasted burnt. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and it had no chicken in it. Literally threw out the entire meal in garbage and wasted our money. Please make sure you have people’s orders correct and give good quality food because people word hard for their money. I tried contacting store several times no one answered."
"Haven't been here in years. Shouldn't have come back. The floor was filthy, but the counters looked clean, so I assumed they'd just had a major rush. Then the plates came out filthy with crusted old food inside and outside that had clearly been through the dishwasher. Genuinely awful. 0/10 will not return."
"This store continues to go downhill. Orders are confirmed with times that cannot be met, you are forced to either cancel your order or wait until they get caught up. Further, they are certainly making a profit, as you are really just paying for bread. This is what I got today, 30 minutes past the time...are you kidding? 3 barely noticeable "spreads" of chicken. This is literally all bread and a tiny slice of avocado. For the price we pay...you should be doing better Panera. Each time we order, and we have been consistent customers, we have noticed less and less "food" and longer wait times."
