"Dr. Burt was awesome. I felt listened to and cared for. The staff on that side was also really nice. 5 stars on that side. Physical therapy I felt was really disorganized and falls in the 3 star range. The staff was nice, but I never got to see the same therapist and was ping ponged around. They are not proactive with booking appointments and never seemed to realize I needed more. While the staff has a good rapport they often spent more time joking around than focusing on patients needs. With so many therapists interacting with my exercise sheet they were often unaware of my progress or what I needed to be doing. I felt I was released from therapy way too early because they were too busy, not because I was ready. Can I walk on my ankle and do mild exercise? Yea. Do I have enough strength to dance like I used to? No. I am just trying to recover that on my own."

"This team CARES! I am currently post op from left knee replacement with Dr Rosenblum and can't wait to have him complete the set. Meanwhile the PT staff is excellent. This week I had an issue with a knee stabilizer brace that had cost me many hours of lost sleep. I checked in for my PT appointment and sat down. Amber Martin, a member of the reception team, stopped on her way to lunch to ask how it was going for me. I outlined the problem and she backtracked on her own time to get the ball rolling on solving the matter. Plus, she secured the Handicapped Sticker form I had forgotten to pick up at the previous appointment. It's a really special employee that is willing to take personal time to attend to patient care. This speaks volumes to me about the mission and priorities of this practice. I am committed to EmergeOrtho Wakefield because it doesn't get better than this."

"Quick service, friendly staff. They were sensitive with the injury. I'm a person who likes detailed information but when I asked questions, their answers were basic. There was an understandable mistake with the bank card machine; however, when I noticed that I was charged multiple times and called to resolve it, the person in financial records was uncooperative. I also inquired through the online portal with slightly better results. No matter how skilled the physicians or how comfortable the atmosphere, you will not have satisfied patients if you take extra money and refuse to correct it."
