"The receptionist is very unprofessional. Also one time I went in with a referral I was told they “don’t that work here” and they don’t accespt my insurance. Some short Caribbean woman told me this. Then I left walked home thankfully I don’t live far. They called my phone back and told me to come back. When I came back I cursed them out because for one they made me late for my college I had to go to right after the appointment. So they already wasted enough telling me false info making me leave for no reason just come back again. Idk if it was some type of racial prejudice but this type unprofessional I never seen before. The lady excuse was something about new patients but it didn’t make any sense don’t go here"

"Beware of this practice. In April 2023 I went in for an extraction. I was placed in a room after X-rays and was seen by Dr. Bernstein, he informed me that I needed to have 2 teeth removed (1 was loose and would eventually have to be removed.) He left and 10 mins later Dr. Khaloo came in and told me cleaning was very expensive(I was not there for cleaning)and I needed to let him know if I had $5000. I told him I did not have it...he left and few minutes later Dr. Bernstein came in and told me I would have to put in collagen plugs because my face would drop and the cost was $900. I agreed because I became worried and I had never heard of collagen plugs. After the fact(my fault for not checking beforehand)I found out 1 plug cost about $10 to my shock. I reached out to my insurance Liberty Dental(beware it's your word against the dentist)and was told that the plan could not verify that the office asked me to pay $5000. Please be aware.... don't agree to any fees without consulting your insurance first(which I did not do)."

"Dr. Khaloo did a great job. He was gentle and made going to the dentist most pleasurable. I hated the dentist experience in the past, but this wasn’t bad at all. Looking forward to my next visit already. Thank you, Dr. Khaloo"

"My 68 year old grandmother went there and a young man working there was extremely nasty to her. She wanted to get a cleaning and when giving her insurance information he had the nastiest attitude and told her that all we care about is using insurance to cover the cost of paying cash. Is that not what insurance is for? I don’t know who on earth would hire this guy but he’s an idiot, rude and unprofessional. I don’t tolerate anyone being disrespectful to my grandmother. She is the sweetest person ever. Look at all the reviews of people complaining about the SAME issue. It has to be the same man doing this nonsense. People saving money through insurance is none of his business. I’m extremely upset. Treat people with respect and if you don’t like your job get a new one. Thank you."

"Dental work is top notch but I gave it a 2 because twice I've been here for a root canal and I've had to pay for something called an obstruction and it cost $350. It wasn't really explained and when it was mentioned the woman seemed really hesitant. Also I was told the appointment was at 1pm and I got there at 1252 and was told I'll have to wait. I was told I can come back at 2pm but again the dental work here is great."
