"I ordered 6 items but only received 5. Tried to call to find out what happened. Representative spoke very bad English and I had a hard time understanding him. Once the problem was explained, he said he could give me a refund. First why wasn't a refund issued in the beginning. Second why was shipping deducted from the purchase amount . For something not received!"
