"I love shopping at Belk, I always have. That store always has such great deals with their coupons and sales. The only downfall is that it seems like some, not all, of the cashiers are always bothered to ring you up and act as if you are not good enough to be in there. I just don’t understand, if you do not like being there, don’t. Good customer service goes a long way"

"Belk is an interesting place to shop, old school department store. This one in particular is in two different parts of the mall, which confused us. Men's attire and women's are in different stores. The staff is friendly and the site clean."

"Every time we come down south, we go to Belk. Reminds me of Macy's. We bought Versace Purple and it was nice that I got a free Versace tote as a gift for purchase. I love it. I thought it'd be cheaply made, but it's nice! One employee in that area was a little irritating as we were using the price check scanner to see if some items were marked down. It was probably 6 feet away and she was acting like we were planning on stealing. Why would we care what the price was if we planned on stealing it? Other than the rude girl in jewelry/perfume, we've always had good experiences."

"Found jeans, shirts everything that I was looking for. I saw these items last minute and couldn't find my size, but that's ok I'll go online and see if I can locate. Everything was clean, including the fitting rooms, not clothes left behind. Very clean location, staff was very friendly and helpful."
