Katherine treats my kids so well and has the patience of a saint with my 2 year old, who is very cautious of the doctor’s office and can be a very tough patient at times. The nurses are super sweet as well. I am so lucky I found this office and this amazing group of people to provide the best healthcare to my girls."

"I am not sure why there are so many positive reviews for this pediatrician. The people are personable, but as far as the services they offer they are extremely sub par. I almost feel as though this practice shouldn’t be called a pediatricians office. This is one doctor and a few nurses who only have stethoscopes and thermometers and their response no matter the severity of a patient needing help is “let’s see if it gets better and call us back in a few days”. There is always little to no suggestion for medicine or any use modern approaches for resolution of illnesses. The office does not have any imaging capabilities, does not give COVID vaccines, does not give RSV tests (how is that possible for a pediatrician to not offer this), etc. I would urge anyone to not use this pediatricians office."

"I’m speechless with my first experience today with Dr. Arora! I have never had a pediatrician like her. Our daughter loved her and so did I! She was so interactive with our daughter and had wonderful bedside manner. She had this warm aura about her. She had this soft touch and kind personality that makes me so happy she’s our new pediatrician! She was very patient and took her time answering all my questions. She was very sweet to me which is also important! You want to have a good relationship with your child’s pediatrician. She really cared to learn about our daughter and wasn’t rushed to get to the next patient. She is a one in a million pediatrician! You won’t find one like her! I highly recommend her! I’m so thrilled to have found her! I do have to agree with another review I saw. I think her staff could be friendlier and smile more. They’re at the front desk so that’s really important. The nurses could work on that as well!"
