Reviews
"Crossroads is such a joke. I come in here on a regular basis and the staff does not even look my way or acknowledge me. The other reviews about how the buyers are gossiping/hanging out are very true and I literally see it happening every time I’m in. I will say they severely undervalue most all their items - love this as a customer because you can find insane steals, but quite sad if you’re the seller! This is the only reason I ever stop in there though. Definitely would not recommend selling, and tbh not really shopping either. I find something here maybe 1 out 15 visits."
"I arrived here at 11:30 and was told there would be an hour wait. It's now 2pm and I'm still waiting. While waiting, I saw the buyers just screwing around laughing and posing with the clothes. Talking about people's stuff casually and moving slow as a snail. If they weren't screwing around for 2.5 hours, maybe I would have been seen already. Way to waste people's day. Update: I was finally taken in at 2pm. I waited 3 hours for a measly 60 dollars. They have 3 registers but only 1 person working cashouts, causing an even longer delay. When I got to the front, the cashier told me I had $100 in cash and $60 in credit (it doesn’t math since u usually get less cash). I asked and she was adamant she said it correctly the first time (she did not). When I was leaving, they were still telling sellers the wait was 1 hour with 12 people ahead of this one seller. I had 9 people ahead of me and waited 3 hours. How do they even do these estimates? Did that seller a favor and told her I waited 3 hours and to not waste her day. I could have taken my stuff to beacons closet or buffalo exchange and made it out faster Management is probably going to issue some fake apology here, but despite numerous complaints about the buyers chatting between examining each piece, nothing has changed at the shop. Absolutely nothing."
". Great prices. Gets way too busy on weekends Give the staff a vacation and a medal. They are Great on slower days LOL . very thorough when you personally ask them for help . love The jewellery just bought a Beautiful xx"
"Selection is okay if you dig for it, and the reason the wait time to sell is SO incredibly long is because the employees stop every 10 seconds to have a conversation! I’ve worked in retail and loved to talk to my coworkers and have fun on the job but if there’s a long line of 15 people who want to sell, don’t walk away from the clothes you’re actively checking to see a cute new bag that came in and talk about it for the next minute, this happened like every few seconds it was infuriating."
"The store has a great selection of clothes! There are a lot of brand names and that does impact the price which is high. If you want to sell your items, it will be great to become familiar with what the trends are for that area before organizing the clothes you have to sell."
