"My kids had been seeing Dr. Ighade since 2014. He is very nice and professional. Always satisfied with treatment my kids get here. Professional staff."
"We have had the best experience for the last 16+ years that Dr. Igade has taken care of my children. The staff is very wonderful, super helpful and friendly and they take time to answer questions and concerns. In fact, they even know my kids by name ( and we only come maybe once or twice a year!! We are greatful for this practice and would highly recommend them!!"
"I have been going here for 16 years since they opened across the street and always have had trouble making appointments I have been calling the whole day today and no one is able to pick up the phone I called again at 3:30 and the phones had already been turned off they are very unprofessional….I don’t recommend them the front desk staff are horrible the only reason I still take my kids here is that the other offices are full but I did take my newborn else where. I only go for the check ups when they are sick I don’t even bother to call them I go straight to urgent care."
"I regret to express my disappointment with the recent decline in service quality at Midcarolina Pediatrics. My kids have been a patients for many years, and unfortunately, the recent experiences have compelled me to reevaluate my choice. Previously, this office consistently upheld a standard of excellence with a 5-star rating in every aspect. However, I have noticed a shift in the staff's attitude, which has become noticeably less accommodating and, at times, outright rude. A recent incident, where I urgently needed advice from the nurse regarding my daughter's health, left me dismayed. Despite the urgency of the matter, I was denied the opportunity to speak to a nurse. This lack of compassion and unwillingness to address pressing concerns is deeply concerning. To illustrate, I had to resort to urgent care for my daughter yesterday due to unavailability at your office. Unfortunately, my visit to urgent care revealed oversights that left me seeking guidance for the next appointment. Regrettably, my attempts to seek assistance from your office were met with indifference. Dr. Andrew E. Ighade, who has been our family doctor for 15 years, once symbolized the excellence of this practice. It saddens me to see the decline in the level of respect and care that was once synonymous with this establishment. Effective immediately, I must make the difficult decision to seek medical care elsewhere. Respectful and compassionate treatment is paramount when it comes to healthcare, and unfortunately, this is no longer the experience I receive at your office. I hope this feedback encourages a reflection on the current state of affairs, fostering positive change for the benefit of both current and future patients."
