I believe 2 weeks is more than enough time to process an order but if not I would expect a courtesy email communication to provide an update on the status of the order. I called to request an update on the status of my order and there was no apologies or explanation for the delay. I would expect better customer service for the amount of money I spent."

"Truly 5 ***** service. I have spent the last 6 months trying to find school appearal for school spirit days for my daughter. the school didnt have any and recommended checking here. we tried to get there before close but our daughter was having too much fun and we ended up leaving after close. i figured just in case I'd drive by and see if they were still open. i got lucky and they were. They didnt have what I was looķing for in stock but offered to make something. she called me at 845 the next morning and i was able to get the sweatshirt to my daughter before the big send off parade . needless to say they saved the day and gained life long clients.
