"This place is good for well visits absolutely not for sick kids. 1. Only 20 sick appointment are allocated for a day.. if u r 21 patient no chance u can see the doc. 2. The sick appointment booking window is 8am to 10am. Which means if your child is sick after this window u will not b able to take a appointment for that day. 2 another sick rule they have is u cannot make an sick appointment for next day. Same day appointment only..so if your child is sick they don't care call back tomorrow to see if u can see the doc. 3 this one is hilarious... my son was sick last night luckily I waited to call during the 8am to 10am window. Noo 1 answers call untill 8 30am and then the receptionist tells me they are all booked for the day... with all 20 appointment booked by 8 30 am.. while I was trying a since 8am. So asked them what do I do.. I got a reply " go to urgent care" My son and daughter were sick 4 times since the school started no for once I got a sick appointment for any doc at this facility.. This is very shameful. U call yourself doctors. And you don't care about a sick child.. what kind of sick facility and sick staff does this.. I don't trust this facility.. staff and doctors here anymore.. If you guys care about your child think twice to go here... or may be try to make a sick appointment before u plan to go with any pediatrician here to make sure u don't face I have been through."
