"Tried to get a walk in appointment on a Thursday afternoon not once, but twice and still couldn't be helped. The first time I walked in just before noon and was told to come in an hour later around 1pm. I happened to have some free time so I stuck around the area and came back in an hour as requested. When I walked in they told me to choose a paint color so I thought I'd be helped soon... After waiting around for at least 25 minutes, I'm finally told that since I don't have an appointment they can't help me and that I can come back at 3:30. Yay, so glad to wait another 2.5 hours in the hopes that *maybe* you'll be able to take me then! Look, I get it... pre-scheduled appointments are great, as is having regulars. But, walk-in appointments are the norm at every other nail salon I've ever been to, including when I used to live in Washington, DC. It just feels so disrespectful and disorganized to lead customers by claiming that they can be helped later in the day... If booked appointments are the only customers you'll take, then maybe offer to help a walk-in customer set one up instead of just passively telling them to come back in x hours? Also, such a strange coincidence that their appointments seem to require a deposit as well..."

My daughter attended a 6-year-old birthday party here, and they did amazing with all the kiddo chaos. They are communicative, helpful, and do outstanding work.
