"When I first began going to Queen Nails the service and quality of my nails were fabulous! I was extremely impressed. Unfortunately, within a year everything went downhill. Dawson no longer works there and Doris is by herself. She rushes everyone in and out and does not do a quality job. They used to offer wine and have a really nice place. Now its just low end. In addition, their prices were raised! More money for less quality. You don't get your nail beds trimmed, lotion, you barely even get your nails painted professionally. Again, very unfortunate."
