"Salon is welcoming and nice, clean, organized . I went for a spiral perm however was disappointed as it did not come out as a spiral at all, it looks like it was wrapped in the “ old fashioned way” and nothing like a beautiful spiral I had in June at another salon , and a day later after examining my hair there were several spots that were straight and not curled , especially in the bangs. Vicki was a very sweet person , no complaints about her. I just was not happy with my perm."
