"We were driving and came across this mobile van. The driver tried to run us off the road and when we got up beside him, he continuously came into our lane to push us off the road!!!"
"Dr Rogers is Very Caring. It's been awhile but he really helped our boy Dog who had lost the use of his back legs. He also was very caring in our dogs final moments in our home. They also provided a very good cremation service for a fee and a mold of our boys dominate paw. Would highly recommend them!"
"DO NOT USE if you need ongoing care for an illness that requires follow ups. They are impossible to get a hold of and they do not call, email, or text you back. I have used this vet 2 times now. Once for a dental cleaning and another for a sick appointment. Both Dr. Rodgers and his vet tech Denise seem very knowledgeable and didn't try pushing unnecessary and expensive treatments or tests. However, it has become clear that they are not working with the animals best interest at heart. Our last appointment in December 2021, Dr. Rodgers treated my cat for pancreatitis. They gave him some meds and asked me to let them know how he was doing in about a week and stated that he may need periodic injections of the medication. I email them about a week later stating that he has improved but the meds have upset his stomach and inquired if there was anything we could give him for that. I also asked them if they could send me an appointment summary as I needed it for my cat's insurance and they only gave me an invoice. I didn't receive a response for 3 WEEKS. Once I finally got a response, I then inquired about what the treatment plan moving forward would be (more testing, more meds, etc.) as his previous symptoms were starting to come back. It has been 25 DAYS since I emailed them. No response. I have also called and left a voicemail, sent a text, and more emails. All with no responses. Thankfully I didn't wait for them to contact be back and got him into an area vet clinic who was able to see him right away."
"We used Dr. Rodger for a couple of years. He did great with our cats whenever we were able to reach him to get an appointment. However, that can take several days and lots of phone calls, text messages and emails before you finally get a return call. When he did respond and show up, he did a nice job. We recently had a sick cat and left 3 phone messages and 2 text messages noting the symptoms and their severity. We did this on weekdays, during normal business hours (this wasn't an emergency call after hours or on a weekend), and this was our pets normal veterinarian. We never received a call back? We finally gave up and found a new vet. We called Hilltop Animal Hospital on a Saturday morning and told them our cats symptoms. They asked us to bring him in that day and they were able to exam him and diagnose him with a respiratory infection. Fortunately, they did care about our cats health and took him in even though it was a Saturday and they were already completely booked for the day, and even though we had never used them in the past. They treated him with the utmost care and concern and he is doing well today. Bottom line, if you need a vet to occasionally stop by, on their schedule, to do a bi-annual routine visit and you are not concerned about needing someone after hours or in an emergency, Dr. Rodger may be a good fit for you. If you have older animals that may require more than a bi-annual routine exam, find another, more dependable vet. Or, if you expect a return phone call in a timely manner (or at all), look elsewhere. BTW, we still have yet to receive a call back and it's now been 7 days since our initial call. We are done with this vet."
"So thankful for these guys! Our dog was troublesome and aggressive - going to the Vet was NOT a thing. They were so great handling him, in the comfort of our home. Super realistic and honest with us - instead of charging us for everything they could, they treated him like a patient they cared about. They helped us through the difficulty of putting our pup down as well, such a hard decision and they really helped us. We are so thankful for the peaceful experience, our last moments were cuddling on our couch at home."
