Nathan Calloway

Nathan Calloway is a renowned ear, nose, and throat doctor located at 10010 Falls of Neuse Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. He also sees patients at WakeMed Raleigh Campus Andrews Center and WakeMed Garner Healthplex. Dr. Calloway specializes in pediatric otolaryngology, otology, sinus disease, thyroid and parotid issues, and head and neck cancers.

Dr. Calloway completed his medical degree at Boston University, where he conducted research at Massachusetts General Hospital and developed a passion for surgery. During his residency at UNC Hospitals, he focused on otology research and was recognized by the American Otological Society for his work on cochlear implant surgery.

A Raleigh native, Dr. Calloway is thrilled to be back in his hometown raising his family. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons, and cheering for the Tar Heels and the Red Sox.

Dr. Calloway's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, a Master's degree from Boston University School of Medicine, and a Medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at UNC Hospitals.
