"I had an appointment scheduled per a referral from my primary physician. The Eddleman office sent me the forms to fill out and confirmed my appointment. I arrived at my appointment only to find out that it had been cancelled due to "out of network" of only my primary insurance not secondary. My secondary is in scope. It would have been nice if I would have been informed that my appointment was cancelled prior to arrival. They have known for weeks what insurances I have."
